Transforming Lives Fighting Poverty
A Christian-centered organization, Transforming Lives Fighting Poverty is a Bermuda registered charity (Number 887). It was established in 2010. This came out from a vision from Joan Simmons in 2009 while in prayer. The Bishop of the 18th Episcopal District was contacted and he opened the door for us to work in Beira Mozambique

Through the love of Jesus Christ, we will facilitate spiritual, economic, educational and communal sustainability globally; lives will be transformed and communities will be empowered.
Our Mission
Working with community stakeholders, we will coordinate resources to meet identified needs while enabling self-sufficiency and fostering sustainable ownership.

Our Work
Based primarily in Inhamizua, Mozambique with a Primary School Grades 1 – 6. This Project undertaken by our Charity is positively impacting the communities around Inhamizua.
